★Start here: find offices near you
Enter your zip code and how far out to look. You get the real estate offices in that area, with phone numbers and websites.
Results from Google Maps. Office names, addresses and phone numbers belong to the offices. Call or visit before you email when you can; a known face gets the meeting.

3 · BookThey pick a class on your Academy page. The request comes to you in GoHighLevel.
4 · TeachDownload the deck in Realtor Presentations and bring the Class Menu.
5 · Follow upSend your Academy link and offer the next class.
2The invite email

5Keep it clean
- Education only. The class is the only thing you offer. Never tie it, or anything else, to referrals.
- Lunch is fine for a lunch and learn (Christa, 10/06). Keep it modest and part of the class, offer it the same way to every office, and never tie it to referrals.
- No gifts or paid marketing for the office or its agents, and no coffee or meals for individual agents.
- Same offer to every office. Don't pick or rank offices by the business they send, and don't keep score of referrals.
- Office topics only. The business-coaching classes (listings, prospecting, business plans) are on hold for offices until Aspire compliance approves them.
- Buyers choose their lender. Say it, and mean it.
- Use the email as written. If you change the words, run your version through the Compliance Checker first.
